The present Terms and Conditions are those of the art gallery COLLECTION CROISÉE represented by Chloé Thomas and Geoff Vallon, whose head office is located in Bordeaux (France).
The artworks offered for sale are sold with a certificate of authenticity. Our works are rigorously digitized to be as close as possible to the original. Please note, however, that slight variations in hues and colors may exist in the images on the site.
The prices are indicated in euros and do not include the shipping costs which will be calculated during the final validation of the order.
We offer different payment methods: credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex); PayPal and bank transfer. If you wish to spread your payment, it is possible to opt for the payment in several times proposed by PayPal. Concerning the payment by bank transfer, we invite you to contact us in order to organize the transaction.
All information is encrypted using SSL encryption, which allows for a secure transaction. Your banking information is never in our possession. Transactions are handled entirely by our partners Stripe or PayPal.
The Site allows you to order from the COLLECTION CROISÉE gallery a selection of products, immediately online via Internet for delivery in France and abroad (see Delivery & Return).
